I liked the SJCPL subject guides reference desk. I will bookmark it for later reference as I find that resources that are useful on the reference desk are always appreciated. I can see that wikis would be very useful for a reference librarian in sharing information that has been requested, either as a current fad or for regularly asked questions and resources on family history.

I could also see it as a teaching tool for say a cataloguer to share information on tools, current practices and new policies. Perhaps an extension of a cataloguing meetings and training.
